Technical Support

Railtech UK Ltd provide technical support from both their UK office in Birmingham, UK and from their parent company Railtech International in France.

We have two Field Engineers, Steve Kettle and Nigel Davis, visiting customers on a daily basis. Steve and Nigel have many years experience in the rail industry and are available to visit you 5 days a week Monday to Friday to help with any PLA process issues you may have.

We offer the welders free of charge confidence building sessions on the PLA process should they require it. We will come to your place and cast few welds with your welding teams to make sure the procedures are implemented correctly. Feel free to contact our field engineers for more information.

Investigation of weld defects.

Railtech UK offer on-site technical support to their customers though our technical staff or when necessary, we also carry out investigations at Railtech International fully equipped laboratory in France.
